Acces and use of the protocoles

To access protocols files and fMRI data, you should just register as a member with providing email and create a password for further access

Acces and use of the Localizers' protocols

The four protocols (with French stimuli/instructions) used for the acquisition of the present database can be downloaded here with their original stimuli as zip files. The protocols have been programmed with E-Prime 1 and E-Prime 2. The timing of tasks, stimuli and onset are also described in the subdirectories' info' so that they can be programmed under another environment.

If you use all or one of these protols in a new project, please cite the Pinel et al. 2018 paper (submitted) in references.

Translated stimuli/instruction should be soon avalaible in english

Acces and use of the group fMRI maps

Statistical group maps will be soon avalaible on https://neurovault.org/

Acces and use of the individual fMRI images

The use of the database implies to inform pricicipal investigators, Cyril Poupon & Jean-François Mangin who aquired and financed this project. If needed, authors should accept co-authorship of Cyril Poupon and as well as of Philippe Pinel for designing the fMRI protocols and Denis Le Bihan as PI of protocol validate by an ethics committee.

Finally, you should agree to add the following text in the acknowledgements: The “CONNECT/Archi” Database” is the property of the CEA NeuroSpin centre, was designed under the supervision of Dr. Cyril Poupon and Dr. Jean-François Mangin, and was funded by the Federative Research Institute 49, the HIPPIP European grant, and the European CONNECT project (http://www.brain-connect.eu). Acquisitions were performed by the scientists involved in the Multiscale Brain Architecture research program of NeuroSpin and by the staff of the UNIACT Laboratory of NeuroSpin (headed by Dr. Lucie Hertz-Pannier), under the ethical approval CPP100002/CPP100022 (principal investigator Dr. Denis Le Bihan). Functional protocols were designed under the supervision of Dr Philippe Pinel (UNICOG laboratory). Access to the database can be requested from cyril.poupon@cea.fr.
